Mongolian beef is a dish served in Chinese restaurants consisting of sliced flank steak. The beef we use is grain fed and imported from Australia and all the vegetables sourced from our farm in Da Lat. This dish was first invented in Taiwan and served in Chinese BBQ restaurants. Its slightly sweet and very aromatic and not spicy, with a strong flavor of ginger and kicap manis.

 

This is a skin-packed meal, delivered chilled.

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS: WHITE RICE, FLANK STEAK, OLIVE OIL, BROWN SUGAR, CORNSTARCH, SOY SAUCE, SCALLIONS, GARLIC, GINGER, RED PEPPERS, ONION
CONTAINS: SOY




 

Storage:
Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze with use by date. Once frozen, consume within 1 month. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use with 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

 Heating:
1. Remove Film.
2. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
3. Let meal stand for 1 minute.
4. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
