Thai red curry is popular all across Thailand. And can be found throughout Southeast Asia. The base Thai red curry paste is traditionally made with a mortar and pestle. We combine this delicious curry with vegetables grown at our farm in Da Lat, to create a perfect Plant Based dish.   

 

This is a skin-packed meal, delivered chilled.

 

 

INGREDIENTS: WHITE RICE, EGGPLANT, VEGETABLE STOCK, PUMPKIN, COCONUT MILK, CHICKPEAS, ONION, CRUSHED TOMATOES, RED CAPSICUM, GREEN CAPSICUM, GARLIC, RED CURRY PASTE, CILANTRO, SUGAR





 

Storage:
Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze with use by date. Once frozen, consume within 1 month. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use with 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

 Heating:
1. Remove Film.
2. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
3. Let meal stand for 1 minute.
4. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
